Dark greyish spots in mouth
Hello,
I recently noticed dark greyish multiple spots on both inner sides of the cheeks.No pain at all. But feel very little dryness/roughness around those areas.
Any idea what this can be.

There are many lesions of the oral cavity which look similar . A clinical examination is needed to rule out exactly . From the picture it appears to be a oral hemangioma.you may visit a clinic and get it diagnosed .
