The pic shared is consistent with Oral Mucositis, could be as a result of some new toothpaste used or food allergy or traumatic .The salivary gland duct opening looks a little inflamed too.

Hello , the pic you have attached shows inflammation of the cheek which can be due to some allergic reaction or due to irritation from teeth on the corresponding site .
You can rinse your mouth with cold water to reduce inflammation followed by an ointment ( quickool or dologelct)

That may be due to cheek bite .the sharp edge of tooth sometimes creates wound . You may apply hexygel ointment on the affected side twice daily .

Mild soothing cream: Use calamine lotion or aloe vera gel (pure).
