Tooth and Mouth Problems

Today I had white skin scraped out when i was licking my buccal mucosa, is it some infection? Please help

I have purple vanes below my Tung. But I am seeing purple vane type thing in left and rite side of my Tung.

My mother is facing a severe gum pain in her left gums mostly after eating or after she has talked for a while. There are no teeth decaying however the pain happens daily without improvement even after applying stolin or doing oil pulling. What could be the cause and is there any temporary effective home remedy?

I had recently recovered from covid with home quarantine and I had only mild symptoms. I did not take any steroids. Now I am getting my wisdom teeth as it starts emerging I am having headache, fever and pain around the lower jaws. Is it normal to get these symptoms while teeth is growing or should I need to give attention. I am using paracetamol tablets to control the headache. Can I continue that?

After tooth extraction, I got stitches, but after it pain gone worse, dr. Said I have ulCer, but next day he said that i have puss in their, he cleand it, but Now pain is unbearable what to do plz suggest me ASAP
