It is due to fluorosis caused by fluoride in water. So avoid regular water and take RO water. Two option of treatment- 1. Bleaching is done by special bleaching agent, not by routine bleaching agent. 2. Veeners Both treatment completed in about a 15 days.

Hi..white spots on front teeth can be due to fluorosis.. It is a type of intrinsic stain that happens due to excessive fluoride in the drinking water during foetal development.
Next Steps
The treatment is porcelain veneers in the front teeth.
Health Tips
Dental bleaching is also an option but it will only lighten the shade of the teeth..
