Upper left teeth and nose pain I went to the dentist for this reason He taken the xray and the teeth bone was nice An antibiotic is given to relieve the pain They are doxy XT, Diclomol They did not ease the pain for me   Then he said you were post covid   So to confirm if there is Black fungus Then I met the ENT doctor He had an endoscopy of his nose and was    diagnosed with no black fungus Regardless of dental problem and ENT problem I do not understand why this pain occurs

Attach the xray here. Follow vertical brushing strokes, to not hurt the gum while doing it. Make sure it is pain or sensitivity. Use soft bristled tooth brush. Luke warm water black salt gargle 3-4 times/day.

Good evening sir, As per your photo, i can see you are having injury in your gums. That is due to your brushing technique. You brushing horizontally and do it very hard. You have to stop horizontal brushing completely. Do it in up and down motion. Don't do horizontal brushing even a single time. Improve your brushing technique and wait for 15 days. You may get relief.
