Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day
Use ice pack outside mouth on effected area.

There is deep decay in lower last tooth ( third molar ) ...this can cause ear pain n jaw pain .
Get that treated ..

both side lower third molar shld be treated .
antibiotics treatment shld also be started.
