Tooth and Mouth Problems

Lower Molar wisdom tooth has been wobbling and causing pain in right temples and cheekbones area. Doing salt water gargles and Taking general pain killers - Mephtal Spas.

Dear Sir I have decay in upper two teeth. One is approx 85% black and one is started. There is no pain but having decay. Kindly advise what Ill do. Daily brush doing. But after brushing it increasing.

Right hand side molar teeth has pain. This pain has occurred 5-6 times now in past 1 month. It happens for 6-7 hours then didn't come for week or so.

My mother is having black and white patches on the tounge. These are not painful but are uncomfortable and slightly painful at touching.

I am patient with issues related to tooth. I had  irritation and pain in mouth/teeth. Upon check-up it was cavity issues doctor had my wisdom tooth removed it took 2 hr as it was complicated and he had to remove another white pre molar tooth beneath wisdom tooth. He told me to had RCT treatment for adjacent tooth as it's still infected and weak. I had my RCT started in 2020 it's still in middle till today my tooth is open. Now I am having too much irritation/pain from tooth abscess few days back it drained out automatically while doing brush it was all blood and didn't pain at all. I also had.canker sore at same time on upper right side of lower lip. Again yesterday it's developed in more gruesome way it had travelled through nerves and make a lump on my upper jaw it has tightened the nerve it pains and it's very tight with that lump hanging on side wall. I think my yesterday irritation was because of this it was in development. Now what will happen to me will they remove it?

My mother noticed a small round lump in her right gum today.. it's painless and kind of soft..what could this be?plz help

I am having cheek pain on the left side of my face. I have recovered from covid 20 days before. I was asymptomatic and was on home isolation. I don't have diabeties and also I was not on steroid. Is this cheek pain has any relation with black fungus.

M suffering from right side lock jaw problem from last 2 months n after scanning it was found that my two molar teeths are in progress n little dislocation was also found in TMJ joint scanning. M taking myoril 4 mg on alternate days followed by regular steaming n using chin strap in night but still this problem is not fully gone.. Everyhow Or the other pain n blocked movement of jaw occurs. Suggest me the best possible Therapy.

I have observed whitish ness over those areas, is that normal? Please help me m terrified! Attaching the image of both the sides. The more whitish one is of right side. Please help me..

Recently recovered from covid. On steroids therapy for 10 days 8mg/day stopped recently once tapering completed. Now have dental pain not severe. Any suggestions?? Past history of gum bleeding
