Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir/madam, I'm 25 years old male and I have suddenly developed a new problem of teeth stains from past 3 years. Before 3 years i wasn't having any problem of teeth stains. I don't consume any supplement tablet or syrup, I don't smoke and drink alcohol. I have a habit of drinking tea in the morning after breakfast and this habit is not new, I consume tea from past 10 years. I wasn't having any such staining issue before, but suddenly from past 3 years, stains will start to appear within a month after scaling is done. I'm confused and I'm not able to find out what is causing these stains. Can someone of you please help me get rid of the problem. I have attached my teeth pics for better understanding. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, My mother suffering from Teeth pain since 5 days and Gum swelling. She tried different home remedies like hot water with salt, mouth wash as well. No use. Please suggest me any tablet for her. Please help us bcoz in these covid time I can't take her to the hospital.
