I have small white spot in cheek from 4-5 days. It is not painful. I have attch pic of it. I have little worry about it

I m having tooth sensitivity from last 2-3 days and feeling slight pain in jaw line don't know where exactly but it is not comfortable..And feel pain in ear also

Which toothpaste to use for teeth whitening? I have used toothpastes like Colgate visible white, but could see no difference.

So, in 2018 - i got hit by an elbow of a guy accidently he was a friend of mine. We were picking our bags n stuff. It didn't pain much. But, it felt tingly and slight pain. Later on, pain stared, we visited Doc did x-ray nothing came out. Then in Feb, 2021 we did MRI scan along with Opg and stuff and Doc said you "*may*" have had fracture in the past in the jaw or joint. But, he didn't tell anything abt TMJ or TMD. My insticts tell me maybe there was no fracture at all. Then, we removed right side impacted "touching my sensory nerves" wisdom tooth upper and lower. Not left side yet. And my teeth don't touch properly. The back side touch somehow front ones don't really. And sometimes, my right side teeth touch and sometimes left only back side ones. Not front side. I have ear problems also "Tinnitus" "Hyperacusis". And I DONT WANT ANY SURGERY. Braces or anything would be ok. Bcoz, Doc said they would fake a cut in jaw and join it. They didn't finalise that yet. They only said "maybe" 😔

I can feel vein/blood vessel with tongue in lower right inner cheek, it's not visible when checked with flash light, but when i touch it using tongue or finger i can see that, and also 2 weeks back i had found a dark brownish patch in buccal mucosa, I applied kenacort for 2 weeks and it has reduced quite a lot, but complete darkness doesn't go away, i think my upper wisdom tooth is having frictional effect, please tel me why this is happening. Btw i got the brown spot examined in clinic and dentist said its a physiological pigmentation and no need to worry, now my question lies why that nerve feels swelled/prominent, whereas in left side of lower inner cheek i cant fee anything, its plain. Is this fungal infection or any bacterial infection? Btw i have attached the image of brown spot difference after 2 weeks in picture. Please help me, 1. Is that linea alba and why its dark? 2. Why that nerve can be felt and when i press its itchy somehow

I have pain near my left ear ,while eating or opening my mouth and more salivation than normal . My dr told me to eat soft food and rest the joint for some days ,and gave zerodol th for pain ,but i can't stop salivating, i have continuous salive in my mouth ,i have to spit in every ten minutes. What should i do ? Why i have much more saliva than normal Can you please suggest me something. For this excessive salivation

Sir/ madam, I have white tongue over a month, but it does not cause me any problem. The thing is that if i use a tongue scrapper or if i clean my tongue with a brush in the morning, the tongue gets cleaned & by evening i again get white tongue .please help me in removing this permanently sir/mam. Hi, I'm having severe headache since one week due to this wisdom tooth development. I used to face this toothache once in a while from past 2-3 years, but the tooth never developed completely also never caused any headache etc. However, this time because of toothache having headache, pain in the neckline and jaws aswell. So took Tramadol paracetamol one tablet in a day from past 3 days but it didn't help. Please advice🙏
