My lower wisdom tooth has got cavity deep inside and a small bit of it has come out doctor have suggested me extraction but I dnt want to remove my teeth Cnt be any other option to this he said it's swollen so has to be removed I am scared also to remove kindly suggest

Best treatment for decayed wisdom tooth is extraction, because they are not easily accessible for other procedures. And they do not contribute much in mastication (chewing), because they may be impacted (not erupted normally). So please motive your self and get it extracted, its completely safe, if you keep a infected wisdom tooth then over a period of time it may create other serious problems.
