Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have done tooth extraction on 10 may now like before i cant open my mouth fully . i dont have other chewing problm or swallo problm ,n there is little swelling in left cheek where injection was given

I m getting mixed responses by dentists. One said I have minor bone loss and I need laser treatment. The other said I have no bone loss and just require scaling. I m confused. If there is bone loss, is it abnormal for my age or aggressive periodontitis? Pls help 🙏

2 years back I had a root canal and since now it was perfectly alright but since 2 days I m feeling uncontrollable pain in touching my tooth and in the gum below that tooth . I am talking zerodol Sp and cap amox 500 mg since yesterday but nothing is happening.. I took ketrol dt once when the pain control was troubling very much. But now the situation is worsening Please help and suggest some medicine

My father is having repeated mouth ulcers, one week ago he had it on the upper lip(inside) and now he is getting one on the lower lip(inside), the ulcer burns on eating spicy food. Attached photo of the one in the upper lip. What should be done. Please suggest. Please check the photo.
