Hi
If the pain arises suddenlyfrom teeth , there must be some underlying conditions like hidden cavities , periodontal issues ...
So it must be clinically diagnosed properly with proper dental history , clinical examinations with IOPA radiographs or Digital OPG.Kindly get video consultation or visit your dentist nearby to get proper treatment plan and medications
You are using wrong brushing technique might be with hard toothpaste causing the trouble.
So get consultation with dentist. Or if not possible, then you can consult on practo for further information about it. Let me know if, I can help you to find out best solution for it.
Thanks!
