I have decay tooth in lower jaw since 3 days I have a tooth ache from that tooth . It's difficult to chew food as it pain a lot . I took some painkiller I got relief temporarily but the pain starts again in night

Painkillers are a temporary solution to tooth pain due to decay. The permanent solution is getting an RCT done followed by crown. If left untreated this might affect the neighbouring teeth further increasing the complications
