Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mother is having tooth pain for 2 days now. I gave her enzoflam twice in a day. Pain is still there.

My mouth smell comes when brushed after 1hr and through out a day .what is the cause and remedies for this

A kind of ulcer with white patches so m confuse what is this I mean if it was ulcer so definitely it will be fine after 2-3 days but it lasts I dectet it on July 2020 and now it's 2021 April I consult Dr but they wrote some test n I was unable to do so please tell me what is this

I have been fixed my crown zirconia crown in my upper teeth, this is 2 part , each part have 3 crown but after a year it's creating gap between front of crown

Please advise if I shud get my wisdom extracted? All the four? Attaching the x ray. I only have pain right side and that too lower tooth.

Hello Sir/ Ma'am. In April /May 2018, I got accidently hit by my friend's elbow on my chin. Then in Sept 2018, we did X-Ray. And it showed i had micro-fractures. But, i had pain in jaw, ears and head as well. We didn't check in 18, of i had some jaw fracture or not. I had BP of 120 back then. But, in 2020 - suddendly pain increased in jaw, teeth, and ears. I felt numbness and pain in neck, right collar bone, shoulders as well. I couldn'r open my mouth. We showed to E.N.T, they said show to Dentist. So, in 2021 - we should to dentist, but he wasn't unable to find out what the prob. was. We did MRI as we. There was no fracture in the report. But, they still had doubt that in 2018, maybe i had fracture in left or right ear side joint jaw aur maybe near jaw but it is healed. IDK.  In February 2021, we remived right side wisdom teeth as it were touching my jaw and nerves. I am still feeling pain after the extraction as well. I haven't removed the left side wisdom teeth yet. Thank You🥺❤️

My dentist has recommended that I undergo surgery for my misaligned jaw. He said its going to be quite extensive and I'll also require plastic surgery (something I definitely don't want to do). I just want to know if I can get another opinion on this. Don't get me wrong my dentist is great and has helped me a lot. I just want to get another opinion. When I exercise I have tightness in my shoulders and when I skip, only my right jaw clicks. It's weird. Also recently my lower left molar crown fell off and since then my left shoulder feels weaker. Any connection?

I have problem of bad breath. Right after brushing, my mouth starts smelling bad. Can this be cured completely?

I am undergoing RCT in which one canal's obturation is pending. But from past 1 week I am constantly feeling pain in my ear, rather I would say jaw bone nearer to my ear. I also have the x-ray of tooth which is my current situation. Please help me in understanding why is this pain due to?

Hell Doctor, My father has taken corona vaccine on 4th March. There was no health problem in the first week. No fever no body pain. In the next week the back pain has started so we consulted doc and he has given the medication as per prescribation. And the treatment over within a week. No back ache now, but jaw pain has started. I can't open my full mouth. I am facing a problem while taking meal and swallowing. No problem while drinking a water. Click sound is coming while eating. As per Google it is TMJ symptom. Kindly advice me on the same.
