My father age is 71 he is having high bp and high sugar problem, also before 10 years he is diagnosed with melenia.
From yesterday he is suffering from tooth ache

You can tell him to keep the oral cavity clean by warm saline mouth rinses frequently. Give him paracetamol. For further medications you need to visit your dentist or consult practo online for the medications which can be given after seeing the condition.
