Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have black pigmentation on my upper gums and I had covid a month back. No pain, no swelling and just black color. I am not sure if I had this before as noticed while checking my mouth yesterday. Is this related to Black fungus as I don't have any other symptoms except black color on my upper gums.

Today I had white skin scraped out when i was licking my buccal mucosa, is it some infection? Please help

I have purple vanes below my Tung. But I am seeing purple vane type thing in left and rite side of my Tung.

I had recently recovered from covid with home quarantine and I had only mild symptoms. I did not take any steroids. Now I am getting my wisdom teeth as it starts emerging I am having headache, fever and pain around the lower jaws. Is it normal to get these symptoms while teeth is growing or should I need to give attention. I am using paracetamol tablets to control the headache. Can I continue that?

After tooth extraction, I got stitches, but after it pain gone worse, dr. Said I have ulCer, but next day he said that i have puss in their, he cleand it, but Now pain is unbearable what to do plz suggest me ASAP
