Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi , I recovered from covid,it's almost one month. I have problem with wisdom teeth , pain in lower jaw , ear and headache. I met dentist and he told that I have used steroids earlier for covid so that he can't remove wisdom teeth right now. Is there any chance of black fungus ? No other symptoms I have, please suggest.

My father had a feverish feeling since the last few days and a burning/ prickling sensation in the upper lip. After this this white spot appeared. What is this white spot called? Attached photo. Applying dologel-ct for the last 9 days and also taking multivitamins. Still not healing. He does not have diabetes. Only taking thyroid and cholesterol medication. How long will this take to heal? I had my braces removed in 2016. I wore the retainers for 1-2 months and then I discontinued them. Now my teeth have moved back to being in front and crooked. Could retainers help or do I have to get braces again ?

2 years back I had a root canal and since now it was perfectly alright but since 2 days I m feeling uncontrollable pain in touching my tooth and in the gum below that tooth . I am talking zerodol Sp and cap amox 500 mg since yesterday but nothing is happening.. I took ketrol dt once when the pain control was troubling very much.
