An xray is required.
Looks like a case of secondary caries.
Re happening of caries in the same tooth if it was not removed properly the first time or may happen due to a weak filling and improper sealing of the filling material in the tooth cavity during the first time.
If it has not gone deep, a re filling will help ot an rct if the caries is deep.

Feeling pain in restored tooth indicates infection reached nerves. Need a x ray for proper diagnosis n treatment.
Next Steps
(-) Visit a dental clinic or video consult
(-) Avoid eating any hard food from that side
(-) Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day
(-) Can take any painkiller but without proper treatment it will provide only temporary relief.
Health Tips
Visit a clinic because x ray is must for proper diagnosis
Pain indicates that the infection might have reached the nerve (pulp), you need to visit dentist and get an x ray done and further treatment as required. If you're unable to visit dentist now, you can give her pain killers ( whichever is apt for her considering her medical history) for temporary relief.
Next Steps
visit a dentist
Health Tips
-brush twice a day
-lukewarm salt water gargling 2-3 times a day will also give some relief
It may be a case of secondary caries. Sometimes if the primary caries is not removed completely or there is marginal defect of the filling secondary caries develops. In your case as the time span is only 2 years, repeating the filling may solve the problem. A radiographic analysis is required and then decision is to be made whether to redo the filling or to go with R. C. T.
For the time being it is advised to take over the counter pain killers as and when required.
Next Steps
Consult with a dentist.
Health Tips
Avoid consumption of hard food example fried pulses, nuts etc.
