For a couple of weeks now I have been feeling a tingling sensation in my teeth while having cold or hot food or while having sour food, i have changed my toothbrush to soft bristle type, am using sensodyne and enafix toothpaste, there is also increased staining at the base of my front bottom teeth. What should I do?

I have pain in 45 Pre upper Molars teeth left side since last 1 year. Please note no symptoms of sensitivity during HOT/COLD water. Only Pain when eating. Also, food often trapped in 45 Pre upper Molars teeth. I feel pain when doctor puts pressure on my pre Molars teeth with their tool. I shown 2 Doctors. 1st doctor said Filling in both teeth. 2nd doctor said Root canal in one teeth & for second teeth, only during ongoing treatment, he will be able to say Root canal is require or filling. Hi, I have slight gum cuts/wounds around bottom incisors, which doesn't seem to be healing. Whenever i brush( not vigorous) it starts bleeding a little. Whenver i use my incisors for eating something hard like an apple, i can feel that scratches my gum. I have tried massaging my gums with turmeric in mustard oil and also mouthwash but doesn't seem to be helping. Any ointment or other things i can try ?
