Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am experienced severe pain in my second molar when I eat or drink something hot or cold . It also has pits ..can it be a dental cavity 😭..I am really fearful about the procedure ..will it involve dental drilling ?

So, i got hit by a guy's elbow in 2018. We didn't do Mri or CT scan at that time. But, yeah we did X-Ray. Doc said i have microfractures in teeth. I have maoclussion in my teeth. Recently, i removed right side of wisdom tooth. My upper and lower teeth don't touch properly. Plus, i have kind of open bite and crossbite maybe. I have pain in my jaw and teeth sometimes. We recently did Opg teeth X-ray. And Mri as well. But, Doc said there is no fracture in my jaw aur head or anywhere. Plus, today when i tried to speak, somehow my front teeth touched each other. But, after that my right head side about ear is feeling heavy and feels kind of like pulled (pressure). I had crackling sounds in my head and my back head (neck) as well. IDK what that is. I have ear problems as well. I don't want surgery. Pls help. 🥺🙏

I have a swelling near wisdom teeth. Its paining as well. It feels similar to a blood clot. I accidentally did some damage with toothpick. Wanted to know if its severe? Should i consult a dentist?

Hi, I have been asked to remove the not fully erupted wisdom tooth, because of infection. I have swelling and pain near wisdom tooth area. I have the following doubts: 1. I have been asked to remove the above molar as well(which is perfectly grown). The reason given is that it might damage the below gums. Should i get it removed? 2. I have been quoted 5k for removal of one tooth. This looked little unreasonable to me. Is it okay to pay 5k for removal of one tooth? Thank you in advance.

My father is suffering from a pain in left side of the chin while eating, chewing after consulting to many other doctors I believe the pain is of mental nerve its a shock like sensation he feels not continuous but frequently time to time... Kindly advice.

Unable to open mouth due to pain in extreme right jaw(inner side).consequently there is pain in right ear also. Kindly suggest remedy for the same .

On right jaw bone,a few inches below ear onam having pain when I touch or press.it is localised pain on bone .no major swelling is evident.

After using ratino A for.two weeks white patches not there and no pain.But I am feeling metallic taste in my front side of tounge. Please advice. Thank you.
