You would have to get the milk teeth removed. The roots must have resolved so the general dentist or pedodontist will know exactly how to handle the situation
Health Tips
Go after the lockdown as it’s not a emergency and the child is still 7 years old and looks like he has had a early eruption which looks good from my point. Pls consult nearby dentist and do a video conversation

Please visit nearest dental clinic and extract baby teeth early as possible because if you don't then permanent teeth will not appear straight.

Get the milk teeth extracted at the earliest so that the erupted permanent teeth come into their normal position . If you delay it, permanent teeth will come in abnormal position and lead to malalignment which you will have to later correct using orthodontic treatment..
Next Steps
Consult a paediatric dentist for further evaluation.

As kids grow so does their jaw size. With increasing jaw size teeth tend to get aligned. First the milk teeth needs to be taken out so that the permanent teeth can come to its place.
Next Steps
-Consult orthodontist -a procedure of selective extraction of milk teeth call serial extraction may be done if required to prevent future teeth misalignment.
Health Tips
Encourage the child to have foods like coconut, raw carrot, boiled/ steamed corn. These type of foods need chewing which helps in timely loosening of milk teeth.

Get the front four milk teeth extracted asap. If only centre two teeth are extracted there won't be enough space for them to move to their right place, thereby it may cause rotated position of the teeth(a form of malocclusion). once the space is cleared up with constant tongue pressure the backwardly erupted teeth will be easily able to occupy their actual space in the arch.
