Usually lower permanent incisors come first. You have not mentioned if its upper or lower. Xray will show correct status of erupting incisors.

Hello! You may notice a bulge on the front tooth region and that is an indication of the erupting permanent tooth. They usually erupt between 7-8 years of age. Delayed eruption is also a very normal situation.
Next Steps
For your satisfaction you may visit a nearby Pedodontist/ Pediatric dentist and get an X-ray done to see the eruption status and get a clearer picture! And then follow up every 3-4 months.

Hi...Don't Panic...Sometimes permanent teeth take time to erupt...You can check for bump or pale gums in that area, that may indicate that tooth is there and will come out soon..You can also get xray done for that area to see the position of permanent teeth in bone..
Next Steps
Consult dentist for xray

Hello patinet, As i can conclude from here the permanent tooth may take sometime to erupt. You can check the progress of eruption by checking the gum area for signs of tooth eruption. You can see white bumps growing in the gums. Inspite of that of you are unable to rest assured you can get an xray done from a local dentist. You can also share a picture of the area in your child’s mouth for further consultation
Next Steps
Get an x-ray done.

Don't worry sir, First I suggest you to get an xray done. Then visit a pedodontist (children's dental specialists) nearby. The things is as told by you it's been 6 months since the teeth are fallen then what happens sometimes the teeth which are around the fallen teeth comes near each other so that they create obstruction for the new teeth to come out. In this case child's teeth can change the direction of eruption. To avoid this we dentist make a device named space maintainer so that the new teeth come at proper place. But all of this depends on the situation of the patient.
Next Steps
xray should be done and then you can consult us or any pedodontist nearby.
