Formed a blister on teethgum near the teeth which had undergone treatment 5monthsago. He is suffering with this from 1 month . Started with just little pain and reddish colour.

It’s either a sinus tract which has not ungegone root canal therapy or a mucosal infection. That is gum infection. Sinus tract means it’s a exit point from a started source of infection. To rule that out we need to confirm with a test. If not mucosal medications will be sufficient. Also check for gum status that is ur periodontal status. Just to make sure.

What treatment had he undergone?
If it was a restoration or pulpectomy possibility of periapical infection is there or it could just be gum infection due to food accumulation.
