Tooth and Mouth Problems

...orona positive and on steroids since May 1 ...now no fever , no khaansi, it's been 11 days for my steroids...dose is reduced to 4 mg from 16 mg ... multivitamin and d3 and other pantocid is also included in the prescription ...today I realised some ulcers inside my mouth ...what can be done

I have noticed a brownish patch on my cheek, m not sure when it showed up, but m sure its within last 2 week. I don't smoke, drink or eat tobaccos nor was exposed to sun much. So, right now m just waiting for that patch to fade away, but apart from that, please check in the photo, when my fingernail is touching, there a swelled up nerve/blood vessel is there, not visible but when i touch it i can fee it, its pulsating too. And in the other side of the mouth when i searched similar nerve, there's no swelling. I am worried about cancer, and also there's much whiteness on retromolar trigone on the affected side, is this happening because of the wisdom tooth or anything? Please help me. Also attached a full wide open mouth picture, note: m wearing a custom splint since 2-3 days so to avoid the dental irritation if any.

The patient is taking medicines prescribed by a psychiatrist. She has involuntary hyper mobility of jaws. This becomes severe at some intervals. Patient gets fainted a little, head goes round and round, breathing problem arises. There is pain while opening mouth fully and chewing hard things. Whenever I eat something sugary or say sweet things..I feel a strong sensation in my teeth. It's very rare...happens once in 2 or 3 months. But it lasts for long. I m worried a bit because I take a lot of care... brush my teeth twice everyday. I m not aware of it ...why it's happening. Some people recommend to use sensodyne toothpaste. But I m confused whether to use it without doctors consultation.

Hi doc, i got a canker sore in my lower lip and its hurting so bad i have tried applying ointments but nothing seems working. Ointment makes it numb for sometime but itgets the same after 5 10 minutes. I have started taking becosule capsule from yesterday night hoping it to get better. Kindly auggest somwthing for the pain cause i am not able to eat anything as it is getting bigger
