Angular chelitis occurs once in a month
I suppose I drool in sleep, which is why I get dark lip corners with cracks on skin once a month especially when my cycle is approching. Also I think my tongue has turned whitish becos of fungal infection. Kindly suggest remedy. I dont wear any dentures . This is happening from 6 months .

Brush your teeth twice daily Maintain good oral hygiene Go for scaling and polishing. Learn proper brushing technique from your dental surgeon. Only after examination proper diagnosis can be done .

The whitish tongue could be because of lack of cleaning of the tongue. Do start cleaning gently with a toothbrush and see if it goes away. If it does and you are able to keep it clean then it isn't a fungal infection. For the cracked corners of the mouth take a Vitamin B tablet everyday for a month. The Vitamin B levels should be checked after this to ensure an optimum level. Keep your lips moisturized and your body hydrated. Please check you are are mouth breathing while sleeping. If yes you will need to consult a dentist for this  Check if you nose is blocked.

Hi, firstly you have to maintain good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoridated toothpaste. Clean your tongue daily suing a tongue scraper. Use mouthwash daily .
Next Steps
For angular cheilitis, dry the surface and apply terrasil skin repair ointment 2/3 times a day. Leave it for 15 mins and then wash the area. Referigate a leaf of aloe Vera and rub over the affected area and wash it after drying.

I think you have  vitamin  b12 deficiency and the fungal infection  in tongue,  you should consult dentist immediately cause it need to be diagnosed by inspection only.
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygiene , twice brushing n rinsing mouth. Applying moisturizing agents like vaseline , proline at angle of mouth. Avoid stress. Multivitamin capsules.
