Hello!
The pictures do not reveal any severity in the lesion that you have. If they are painless then you need not worry about them. They may be something called Fordyces granules. But keep a close watch on them if they grow bigger, expand or start causing pain or any other noticeable symptom, you may consider visiting a dentist.
