From 3-4 days I have tiny white spot inside lower cheek . It is very tiny like a pimple not increasing.

Next Steps
Brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste Do warm water salt gargles 2/3 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take multivitamin tablets for a few days.
