My upper teeth was in Black colour and it was Paining recently plz give any medicine and what is the permanent solution for this

Yes we can save it. First we can remove all the decay then root canal then give a fiber post then place a crown. The second option will be to remove it and go for dental implant. Which will need three months follow up. Like monthly once and three more follow ups until implant and crown can be placed. The first treatment costs lesser than the second and is equally effective if root canal fiber post inside the root canal to give it support and finally a crown to cover the whole created structure.

Visit an essential service clinic the two options given are permanent. Nothing is permanent. Biological factors will decide if it is permanent or not. We can only save the teeth or give an alternative implant. But rest assured nothing is permanent. But yes in cases we have seen patients with 25 year good maintenance some with ten and some with 5. It all depends on patient dentist relationship. Periodic maintenance so on and so forth. We can improve the longetivity of the restoration

The teeth is decayed the next treatment would be either 1) root canal followed by post and crown 2) tooth removal followed by fixed/ removable partial denture or implant For the pain take otc painkillers

U can have zerodol for pain (sos) For permanent treatment u need visit nearest dentist to chech with x-ray. Seems deep decay but can't predict permanent solution without x-ray.
Next Steps

-You can have Ketorol DT twice daily after food for your pain. - Permanent solution will be   - Root canal treatment followed by crown.   - Extraction and replacement by Implant Or Bridge

-It is 2nd premolar tooth of the upper jaw with deep caries causing the pulp exposure . (Now what is pulp ? You might be asking.  So , let me explain further. Pulp is the vital part of the tooth containing blood vessels & nerves of the tooth.) -So, in brief I am saying that,  due to pulp exposure you are suffering from pain. -Let me ask you few questions about it. 1. What type of pain and it's nature you have ? I.e  continuous, & of short duration. ....etc. 2. Is getting aggrevated by chewing foodstuff or with hot food or cold food? 3. Is there any other findings like swelling? Solution- 1. Emergency solution - Medicine 2.long term solution - along with medicine Root canal therapy followed by crown too save the tooth
