After i bit my cheek two times in same place,wound was red then its now whitish, Applying (hexigel), Is salt water gargle needed? Is it normal or what medication i need to get rid of it

Whitish patch after cheek bite is normal healing process and normal wounds inside mouth heal very quickly. So don't worry.
Next Steps
Continue with the gel and warm saline rinse and avoid spicy food as adviced earlier.

Hi , There cud be an ulcer on ur cheek as per the description give by you. U can apply the same gel for some more time and it vl heal. Avoid hot and spicy food , be on a soft diet. You can use lukewarm saline rinse 3-4 times a day . U neednt worry abt the whitish color.
