Kindly visit Pedodontist for clinical examination, x ray and treatment. Milk teeth have their own importance. If not treated in time they may damage the underlying erupting permanent teeth.

Hi mam      Your son has got deep carious lesion in deciduous molars. It needs pulpectomy procedure and stainless steel crown. He should co-operate for the procedure, it will take nearly 30 min to 1 hr or two days appointment depending on the extent of lesion.
Next Steps
Visit the pedodontist, take a X ray and proceed with treatment . Please fill other teeth if it requires, because these milk teeth are important for the growth of the jaws , development of permanent tooth and proper alignment of the permanent teeth.
Health Tips
Please initiate the treatment immediately, as pain may hinder his diet and health. Hope this helps mam.
