I have facing this problem from last 6 months. As soon as I slept I got woke up due to pain in my tongue. I think I might be biting my tongue somehow.
Sometimes it stops happening but again it started. And in sometimes I woke up in middle and found my tongue between my teeth.
Few years back dentist told me that I might be grinding my teeth during sleep.
Due to covid I am not able to go to any dentist for the checkup. So please provide any solution or prescription for the given condition. Because the problem becomes unbearable for me. I am not able to take a proper sleep, and during eating my food is also hurt because of my tongue.
