Sir cleaning your teeth is mandatory every 6 months. Its always better you clean your teeth to get rid of plaque and tatar which is the source of infection.
Sensitivity you feel after cleaning will be there just for 2-3 days . Do salt water rinses for reduction of gum inflammation and bleeding after cleaning of your tooth.

It there is deposits near your gums, it might be causing the bleeding and you will have to get the deposits cleaned by a dentist again. Also, the brushing technique which you use also matters.
Next Steps
Get the deposits cleaned up, if any. Review your brushing technique with a dentist
If your gums are bleeding means there is gingival inflammation which will reduce after cleaning of teeth only. 2 years is long time if you get it again nothing will happen. And for sensitivity your dentist will prescribe you a toothpaste and mouthwash.
If your oral hygiene is excellent and still if you're having bleeding there might be any systemic health issue which has to be correlated clinically.
Next Steps
Get cleaning done.
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene with brushing twice daily. if you don't get cleaning bleeding won't subside it will increase your gum disease.
To help manage this issue, I recommend maintaining good oral hygiene practices.
This includes brushing your teeth at least twice daily, using a mouthwash like Vantej Aqua, and a toothpaste such as Vantej for sensitivity.
Parodontax toothpaste for better results.
Additionally, warm saline rinses twice daily can be beneficial. Regular dental care is also essential, so I advise visiting your dentist every six months for a thorough checkup and cleaning. By following these guidelines, you can take proactive steps towards optimal oral health.
Bleeding from the gums is usually due to gingivitis (inflammation and infection of the gums). The treatment is to remove the plaque and tartar from the affected teeth periodically, usually every 6 months to a year. Sensitivity in the exposed root surfaces after scaling is quite normal. This can be alleviated by using a desensitising toothpaste such as Colgate Pro-Relief or Sensodyne for 1-2 weeks after the cleaning.
Hi,
A routine dental cleaning procedure is necessary to maintain a healthy gum health. As advised by your dentist, it is advisable to undergo a routine cleaning procedure once a year.
