Bleeding gums even after surgery
I've been suffering from bleeding gums for more than 6 years. I will explain it in three stages (1)-Back then my gums were inflammated and reddish like regular gum problem. I've gone through professional cleaning 3 to 4 times before a deep cleaning(surgery) in 2016. (2)-After surgery my oral hygiene was okay for about a year, but after a year again bleeding gums problem started and increased very slowly and gradually. Although my front teeths are still healthy and fine but my rear teeths bleed (without inflammation). 3)-I've consulted two dentists after that and both of them said that my teeths were healthy and regular oral hygiene will solve my problem. The first dentist (in  April2018)said that my teeths are healthy, prescribed me soft brush, stolinR paste and gum paint. At that time bleeding was mild.Next dentist, (last week)also said that my teeths and gums are totally fine, cleaned my teeths(first professional cleaning since surgery) but still bleeding has not stopped.

Considering your age, the condition you have can be aggressive periodontitis. Usually starts at a young age and can be genetically inherited as well. Surgery prevents further detoriation of gums and surrounding bone, but cannot repair the damage already happened (bone loss except in few cases). Even after surgery, regular follow up every 6 months is the key. Visit a periodontist (gum specialist) who can explain the condition. Also please confirm if the procedure performed in 2016 is deep cleaning (Curettage) or flap surgery
Next Steps
X-ray called opg is needed to access bone loss
