This is called cervical abrasion.  If you suffer from acidity and use too much force to brush your teeth, it leads to cervical abrasion. The yellow spots are inner part of your teeth.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get a restoration done.
Health Tips
Delaying treatment will lead to further damage of teeth. Use fluoridated mouthwash twice daily to help strengthen teeth.

The yellow part is the underlying dentin (naturally yellow in color). You might experience sensitivity while consumption of hold and cold beverage or food. It is advised to get a filling done for these types of situations. In the meantime you can use toothpaste containing Potassium Nitrate (de-sensitivity tooth paste) if required.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist
Health Tips
Ask your dentist for the correct brushing technique as even after filling, faulty brushing will again cause this problem.
