Toothpaste and mouthwash
Dear doctor sir or mam I want to ask u a question plz guide me and tell me which toothpaste is good for maintaining a proper dental hygiene of cleaning a teeth every day im using ra thermoseal green mint toothpaste ..and also tell me which mouthwash is good for using a long term in using a alternate day i mostly brush 2 time in a day and in night I do gargel with adding a pinch of salt in a luke warm water.. Before sleeping i want to add some mouthwash which is best and use it for long term without any side effects and make my teeth gum healthy

Go for regular scaling and polishing.

RA thermoseal is an anti sensitivity toothpaste. It should not be used on a regular basis.
Use any gel toothpaste for a balance in cleaning and tooth protection.
You can add one tablespoon betadine gargle to one glass of the lukewarm saline mouth rinse every alternate day.

At this age of 26 years, you don't need to use thermoseal as it is a specific toothpaste for sensitivity. For now you can go with colgate or any other good brand toothpaste, watch bass technique of toothbrushing on YouTube, it will guide you to know the correct way to brush your teeth.
