I can suggest you that you can use mouthwash only thing is that you should not use mouthwash directly , dilute in water and then use it daily once... Mostly in afternoon times... If u take it directly then it can erode or discolour your surface of teeth... Thank you

Ideally a mouth wash is prescribed to treat a particular condition ie bad smell or gum issues . If none of these conditions are present one does not need to use a mouth . Long term use of a mouth wash is not advised as it can lead to a staining of the teeth .
