About mouthwash
After tooth extraction, dentist suggest only salt water rinse after 24 hours 3/4 times a day . But he doesn't prescribe any cholrohexidine mouth wash . I asked him , he said salt better than mouthwash . mouthwash can irritate healing Do i cholrohexidine mouthwash need or salt water enough to kill bacteria?

After 24 hr of extraction, Salt water rinse is enough , you can also use betadine rinse in the diluted form 3 times in a day for 5 days at least

As your treating doctor has suggested you Warm saline rinses after 24 hrs of extraction. So just follow that. Your treating doctor is in a better position to judge. Just Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Take medication as prescribed by your doctor.
