Reason for frequent (?) ulcer in mouth
My son is 4y8m old. He is having cavity problem. Recently we are observing that he is having red spot in inner lining of mouth. Photo enclosed. We are applying dologel. That area is getting healed after few days but that type of red ulcer like area appears in another area. In two area, already healed and it is now appeared in third area. Query is 1) whether it is ulcer or cheek bite? Can he bite cheek due to sensation of cavity teeth 2) if ulcer, what may be the reason for frequnt occuring of same 3) what may be medicine to be given for cure 4) can this ulcer be due to any deficiency. He brushes twice a day.

It isnt very clear. It maybe an ulcer due to cheek bite especially if any teeth are sharp.  Kindly watch out for any habits and if its associated with fever andifvhe changes his toothpasterecently. . Systemic issues like vitamin b deficiencies,  gastric reflux and anemia can cause recùrrant ulcers too . Stress, spicy food, hard foods, lip biting, trauma from toothbrushes,  are the common causes.
Next Steps
kindly visit a dentist for a clinical examination especially if an ulcer doesn't heal in 2 weeks. it's better to verify if it's an ulcer with  clinical examination
Health Tips
Avoid very hard, hot, spicy and acidic foods until they heal.keep him hydrated

It seems in that area deposits are present which are hard and can't be removed by brushing which is causing these ulcers again and again. It isn't visible in the photograph but it could be one of the reasons. 2nd possibility can be a cause other than dental related.. get it checked by a dentist so that it could be diagnosed well
