Omnident gel is antiseptic,anti plaque toothpaste which is mainly useful for healthy gums and also helps in preventing caries as it has Fluoride in it. However it cannot cure existing cavity .

Visit dentist and get treatment done for cavity. For gum pain if pain persist even after using omnident gel get scaling done and then use this gel...this will reduce gum pain effectively.

It's a good tooth paste for gum Infection but all of these are superficial agents.do get a dental check whenever possible

Yes you can brush with Omnident gel but it will do very little for your tooth pain and cavity.
It is mainly to reduce sensitivity.

Omnident tooth paste will help in reducing bleeding gums as it contains astringent which will decrease chances of bleeding in gingivitis.. yes ,you can brush twice.but it has less anticaries effect than Enafix tooth paste.

Cavity is to be repaired and restored with cement if the cavity is superficial or it might require root canal treatment . using a paste can't repair the tooth cavity or pain.
