Pain in tooth
Filling done in cavity tooth got partially came out due to which there is pain in that tooth whenever anything comes in contact with that cavity .Plz suggest some cream or something like that.We can't visit any dentist right now due to corona pandemic

If pain is there then go for xray to determine the extent of decay. Dental clinic which are open now are taking full covid guidelines. You need immediate dental care otherwise you may loose your teeth.

Pain in the tooth while eating can be due to decay or the partially filled cavity as u said the  previous filling has fractured. There is no cream as such to treat the issue, you must visit a dentist ASAP to prevent further damage to the tooth. Take care
