That is due to accumulation of plaque. Sometimes it causes inflammation of gums and patient may get bleeding from gums during brushing (Especially in lower front teeth). Just go and get a teeth cleaning done. Dentist has a separate ultrasonic instrument for teeth cleaning. And it doesn't causes loosening of your teeth.

The only treatment for this condition is scaling. Visit a dentist and get it done. Do not apply excessive force while brushing otherwise it harm your teeth and gums. Scaling is a routine dental procedure and is very safe.
Health Tips
If you will delay the treatment then the problem will progress and will cause permanent damage to your gums and the bone supporting your teeth
