Swollen gum
For past 1 month, episodic swelling of gums and uneasiness associated with it, unusual frequency, non specific locations. There is no other associated symptom or any history of trauma or pain.

It may be due to poor oral hygiene or vitamin deficiency and many other factors. Maintain oral hygiene. Whenever it possible please visit nearest dental clinic for further treatment. Clohex mouthwash( two times a day for one week. ) Stoline gum astringent (apply on affected area gums with your fingertip and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes than rainse with water.) Tab multivitamin once a day after meals for 10 day.

There are many reasons of gum swelling, few of the simple ones are - Plaque or tartar deposits - Food accumulation in between teeth. Send photograph or video consult for proper diagnosis and medication

In the meantime you can start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily and medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily. Make sure there is no food accumulation in between teeth. Floss to clean interdental area. Brush twice daily

Please attach photographs of association gums. It could due to many reasons like poor oral hygiene, aur some underlying reasons like indigestion. So for proper diagnosis detailed history is needed. Cosult a doctor online or offline.
