I brush 2wice and also scrape my tongue.
From past few months I feel the back of my tongue has some white deposit and also...i feel like bad breath from back of mouth...and the white deposit has some smell...so is the bad breath issue due to white deposit...and how to solve it...

Firstly attach some clear photographs of the effected area. Might be you need some cleaning of tooth. And detailed history is needed. Keep an eye on your digestive system also.
Brush twice a day. Brush before going to sleep is mandatory. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Use mouthwash daily.
Consult doctor online or offline for better treatment plan.
Drink a lots of water.
Stop eating junk ...eat fruits....take salads before sleep or at regular intervals

Your bad breath may or may not be due to that white deposit. You said you brush twice a day and scrape your tongue too. Still you have bad breath
