Hi,
Don't worry, everything has a solution.
But first the reason for your receding gums needs to be established. There are many reasons so until I know exactly what is causing your gum recession it is not possible for me to give you a solution.
Please consult online with pictures of your receding gums or video consult for proper diagnosis.
In the meantime apply FBO gel on gums keep for 5-10 mins and rinse off. Do not ingest the gel.

dental problems unfortunately don't get solved by medicines alone you need to get to your dentist get your gums and teeth accessed as what caused recession so aggressively. proper treatment will restore your gums or else it will lead to further progression into serious complications.
