Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have white round patch in my tongue... moreover it is not paining...but i have cold so that i have throat pain when swallowing one side of my throat is paining...and i have phlegm production...with mild cough...two days before i had pain on my upper mouth... below nose area...same i had difficulty in swallowing today i have throat pain...is this is related to any mouth disease?

My Teeth have turned yellow and Feeling cold and hot. My teeth are getting weak. please give me proper guidance

My nephew is 2 years old. She fell from stairs and X ray report shows that her two front teeth embedded half in gums only half are visible. What should we do now...Will permanent teeth push these outside or we have take them out right now. Please suggest.

Hi Doctor, my dentist prescribed me STIM Proxa Angular Interdental Brush (Wide Space) to clean food particles between molars. I could not find the same brand at pharmacy shop. Can I purchase Clohex Wide Space Interdental Brush instead? Are these same? Images attached. Please guide

I have been suffering from my TMJ Pain since about 10+ years now and I have done everything possible but still I can't get relief from my TMJ pain I am can't sleep at night it is really hard for me chew my food and so on and I just don't know what should I do.

I am 35 years old male. In October 2021, I underwent "Re-RCT" of my molar tooth that was earlier infected. After the Re-RCT, my condition improved. However, now again I have developed little swelling and pus in the gums below the same molar teeth. I don't have constant pain. But slight tenderness on applying pressure or brushing my teeth near gums. Please find attached the image of X-ray done today and images of my current tooth condition for your reference. Is tooth extraction really required (A dentist said Tooth should be extracted)? Or it can be treated via antibiotics? Or RE-RCT is required again? Please guide
