Impacted tooth don’t show those symptoms it’s better u get the tooth extracted before it cause swelling or pain .

Hello sir No it doesn’t not cause fatigue or dizziness or balance disorder. Yes you have to follow some instructions only for 24 hrs after extraction such as semi solid or liquid food, not to spit or gargle, swallow your saliva or if you taste blood, no hot spicy food should be consumed , etc It’s better to extract your infected before the infection spreads to the tooth beside it. Extraction to be done at the earliest.
