Tooth and Mouth Problems

Mild to moderate pain with sensitivity on biting a particular point of the first molar tooth (upper left region). Sudden shooting pain was noticed 3 days back. A dentist took an x-ray of that tooth. What is the cause of pain? Dentist only saw some minor cavities on that tooth.

As attached in picture.. I m seeing some small white thing ..not sure if its teeth or something struck getting pain in that region when touching it.

Hello , Today I was just looking at my old CBCT on a viewer and saw image where Teeth 28 region and left PHP ( petygoid hamulas process ) shows like this on scan and at the same area I am having redness and a fixed location recurrent ulceration. Advice needed so I am looking for a proper treatment plan

I feel all my front teeth along with one molar tooth are loose , it is not visible but I feel it when I  push my teeth towards inside and touch it with my tongue . The mobility is not visible when I use my fingers or in the mirror . But sometimes I don't feel it at all. I do not experience any pain and my gums look healthy. I am concerned about it , what should I do to completely stop this .

Plz take a look at my x rays and let me know if my RCT is done correctly or not as i still feel tapping pain and discomfort with burning mouth palate and burning tongue even after a month of my RCT...let me tell u there was no infection in my teeth and these were my healthy overly trimmed teeth and doc said bcoz of pulp expose, RCT needs to be done..he does not have x ray facility in in his clinic and he did not approve the IOPA x ray that took took to him..anyways after OPG he removed my previous cap(had put on and removed twice bcoz of pain) did the rct in that very sitting...all the procedure done in about 40 mins.. but i still feel tapping pain, also my premolar structure is lost a lot...so does it need any build up before putting on the cap?what can be done to rectify the mistake, if any in this RCT?can it pose any problem in future if i go for cap incase the pain subsides with lil more time?plz guide me as i am in great stress from last 6 months, have already lost too many teeth.

Can I go for RCT of tooth after septoplasty. Septoplasty done 1 month before. Septoplasty is nose surgery.

I have a weird irritation on palatal side of extracted upper wisdom teeth After one month of extraction My last CBCT shows Sharp and thin palatal cortical plate and SMALL discontinuity at apex of palatal root Is the irritation at the small area in palatal side gums due to this discontinuity as mentioned. My left side lower wisdom tooth abnormally grown into the side mucosa, and the upper one also seems to be troubling me. Past few days have been giving me dizzy spells as wel, not spinning sensation but dizziness out of a sudden, cbc is also normal. Can it be possible that this wisdom tooth soreness and my dizziness is correlated? And another question, i have been through a course of h pylori twice this year. (28 days of harsh antibiotics :( ) So, i wanted to ask can I go ahead with removal of both the upper and lower molars on the same day, to avoid excessive antibiotics usage again. Also, I remember a dentist saying lower one will be a little complicated given its closeness with some nerve. Will that result in any complication?
