Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want to remove plaque from my teeth looking best to best dentist but in cheapest price so I can afford it

My left side lower wisdom tooth abnormally grown into the side mucosa, and the upper one also seems to be troubling me. Past few days have been giving me dizzy spells as wel, not spinning sensation but dizziness out of a sudden, cbc is also normal. Can it be possible that this wisdom tooth soreness and my dizziness is correlated? And another question, i have been through a course of h pylori twice this year. (28 days of harsh antibiotics :( ) So, i wanted to ask can I go ahead with removal of both the upper and lower molars on the same day, to avoid excessive antibiotics usage again. Also, I remember a dentist saying lower one will be a little complicated given its closeness with some nerve. Will that result in any complication?

I have noticed a small crack in the tartar at the back of my front teeth. Should I worry? Can I wait 2 weeks to visit my dentist as I am not in the town. I have shared the picture below. PS. Composite resin has been done on the gaps of my front teeth four months back. Yellow thing was not there was after the resin filling. It was build up few weeks later.

Hello Doctor, I am 23 years old. I have a sore or swollen gum on the right wisdom teeth's gum. It has been there from last 2 days. It causes mild pain especially when touched or otherwise, discomfort in normal. Could you please check the attached picture and let me know what's that ? I have done a Mercury amulgum in 3 teeth 10 year back. I am going today MRI of whole abdomen . Is will effect the mri? Or any release of Mercury from the filling?
