Gum bleeding
I am facing issues with Gum Bleeding regularly. Also I have observed gum receding. May I know what are the remedies to avoid that.

To prevent the above gum issues ,
1.visit dentist for regular tooth cleaning should be done .
2. Brush ur teeth twice in a right method advised by dentist .
3 . Medicated mouth wash and gel is used as advised by doc to get relief from pain and bleeding .
4 . Gum issues also cause halitosis ( bad breath ) due to food lodgement and plaque formation which cause increase in bacterial number by following Above instructions u will be free from gum problems to some extent the other malalignment of tooth , systemic issues u have different treatment methods .

Hi there,
Bleeding gums is a sign of poor oral hygiene and improper brushing technique’s. Kindly visit dentist for oral prophylaxis and ask for Bass brushing technique. The receding gums can be prevented from further receding by proper oral prophylaxis.

Maintain oral hygiene.

Gum bleeding because of poor oral hygiene.for ths u have to visit for cleaning and for time being do Massag with finger on gums before morning brushing
