Tooth and Mouth Problems

This is the x ray I got for my wisdom tooth which was causing me reoccurring pain. Should I get it removed right away or Should I wait?

I have been facing discomfort on my jaw and near my ear area. I'm confused what could be reason, is it related to my ear, jaw or I'm growing wisdom tooth. Can you help me which doctor should I consult.

My daughter is only 1.5 years old and she is having problem of nursing bottle caries. I am very tensed that how treat it. She is very small so how doctor will able to perform any treatment using dental tools ? Or it can be done using some specific cream or paste. Please reply

I am having tooth pain in the upper part. Whenever I am eating chapathi, it gets stuck in the gap of the tooth and it pains a lot. What would be the solution to fill this gap?

A few months ago, while chewing a hard food,  my lower jaw's right second molar tooth corner chipped off I sometimes get pain there and  feel sensitive drinking water sometimes. please see the snapshot.
